1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of potato starch
1.25 cups of flour
2 tsp of baking powder
2 sticks of butter
Juice and peel from one lemon
Melt the butter and set it aside.
Mix the eggs, flour, potato starch, sugar, and baking powder with a mixer.
Add the butter and mix.
At the end, at the juice and lemon peel.
Spray a tube pan with some oil and cover the inside with some bread crumbs. Make sure that the bread crumbs stick everywhere in the pan.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 40 min
After it cools, top it with some confectioners sugar.
