Ingredients
- 10 oz (240 g) of thyme stuffing
- 12 oz (340 g) of sausage
- 8 oz (226 g) of bacon
- 8 oz (226 g) of mozzarella
- 1 onion
- 4 stalks of celery
Directions
Cute the onion, celery, and bacon into cubes.
Saute the onion, celery and bacon.
Prepare the stuffing according to given directions with the appropriate amount of broth or water.
Cut the sausage into half circles and the mozzarella into cubes.
Mix everything together and put into an oven safe dish.
Bake for 30 min at 350 F (180 C).
Thoughts
I stumbled upon this recipe right before Thanksgiving and decided to give it a try. It turned out delicious! All the ingredients combined give a great flavor. This is something I will be making throughout the year as a quick and easy dinner. My entire family enjoyed it. It tastes great with some siracha on top, if you enjoy something a bit spicy.
