Thoughts

My favorite things to bake are tarts, so I’m always on the lookout for some new tart recipes. I made this one around Thanksgiving, and I really like it. The filling is smooth and the sourness of cranberries adds a nice twist to it.

Right after we finished this one, I made another one a day later. My parents enjoyed it so much that they asked me to make it for the Thanksgiving dinner that they were having with their friends. I’ve been told that all their friends enjoyed this delicate, sweet dessert after the heavy dinner 🙂

I will definitely be making this recipe again, and maybe, I will try it with different fruit.

I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving spending it with great, loving, and kind people (I spend mine with just my 18 year old bro, so idk about the kind person part lol- just kidding. I love my bro to death even if he annoys me sometimes, but we’re a good bro and sister team by the end of the day 🙂 )

Enjoy!

  1. Cranberries…nice choice! As you mention, your tart is a perfect way to conclude a Thanksgiving culinary marathon. In fact, it’d be great later on in the winter too, once cranberries regain their novelty.

This really does look delicious. And I still haven’t made your Polish doughnuts. Can I just come and live at your house?
