Thoughts

I found this recipe on one of my favorite polish baking blogs. I wanted to make something with chocolate chips as I had some left over from a cake I made awhile ago.

This loaf turned out to be very easy to make and delicious. I wish there was more of it. It is a great recipe for when you don’t have much time, but you are craving baking something with chocolate.

I hope you enjoy it!

  1. Oh, wow! This looks great, but the streusel (or whatever it’s called in Poland) on top vaults it to immortality. Magnificent entry, magnificent work!
