Kiwi-Banana Smoothie

Level of Difficulty: Easy

Follow this blog on Instagram


  • 2 bananas
  • 3-4 kiwis
  • 3 Tbsp of Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp of honey
  • 2 cups of milk


Blend everything together and done!

Adjust the milk and yogurt ratio to your liking

Makes 4-5 cups


I love smoothies! Now, that it is spring time, it is time to make smoothies. I really enjoy them for a quick breakfast or just a mid day “snack”. They are a healthy option for when a craving hits and are refreshing! There will be more smoothies coming this spring and summer, so keep a look out for those posts 🙂

  1. Nice! Perfect creation for the swelter soon to overtake us (I hope). Bananas and kiwis complement each other well, as their flavors are somewhat similar.

    The best fruit for smoothies, for anything actually, is whatever happens to be in season. Specifically, though, my personal favorite ae peaches. Fresh in summer and early autumn, of course, frozen otherwise.
