I found this recipe in a cook book my dad gave to me recently titled Cooking with the Horse & Buggy People II. I was wondering what to make for dinner and this sounded like a quick and delicious dinner. I happened to have the exact ingredients I needed, so I decided to give it a try.
It turned out amazing! The sauce was a perfect balance of sweet and sour. The pineapple added just that ideal amount of sweet. It is a quick dinner that the entire family will surely enjoy. After a long day at work or school, it is a dinner that is quick to make and tastes great.
