Thoughts

I made this cobbler very spontaneously. It was one of the first dreary, autumn days, and I had some fresh apples, so that’s all I needed to be motivated to make apple cobbler. It turned out delicious! It is best served when still warm with some vanilla ice cream. My family devoured all of it in one night, and are already asking for more 🙂

Enjoy!

  1. Another success. How could your family do anything but ask for more? Until then, they can picture your cobbler and dream, just like the rest of us. You picked a perfect day to introduce this too, as it’s cloudy and chilly around here. Maybe not so great for a vacation day (my bad luck), but it does make your dessert all the more appealing. I think I’ll add apples to today’s grocery list…
