Thoughts

I found the recipe at one of our fellow bloggers site- Lithuanian in the USA. I highly recommend checking this blog out as it is filled with fantastic recipes.

This is the original recipe- https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/55997300/posts/2414636660

I really enjoyed this cheesecake. It was light and creamy, but the chocolate flavor was strong. It melted in my mouth as I ate it. This is an absolutely fantastic cake. The cocoa powder makes it not so sweet. It is simply perfect. It officially has become my favorite cheesecake and I will be making it many times.

Enjoy!

  1. A crust of animal crackers? Let’s see… Why, yes, actually. Most definitely yes!

Graham crackers and shortbread are excellent, but they’ve run their course. A new approach for a (soon enough) new year!

It’s become your all-time favorite, huh? Pretty lofty praise from a Dessert Goddess like yourself. All that cocoa adds sophistication and depth. Definitely, an exclamation point to yet one more triumph!
